Abstract
Rush immunotherapy is becoming more popular in the allergy community gradually because of its flexibility and efficacy. We have 2 groups of patients prepared for immunotherapy as we are comparing the compliance of the patient after giving the patient the option of the immunotherapy (the rush versus the standard one). If we removed the insurance issues, the basic compliance of the patient; the basic kit of immunotherapy for the first 3-6 months reaches 90% but the compliance of the standard immunotherapy did not reach 40%. Rush immunotherapy might be very practical way to treat the source of the problem directly even with starting the anti-allergy medication because the compliance rate is high compared to the standard one.
